Penta Suzuki Mokopane

Please improve your communication level. It's difficult to get hold of Penta Suzuki Mokopane telephonically and when a customer finally does, there's no follow up from the dealer especially service center. Lastly, don't leave reception (call center) unattended as it portrays a wrong image that says (WE'RE NOT RELIABLE).

Best service from a car dealership I have ever seen. Well done. Ask for Albert at Sales. He will sort you out. Fantastic after sales service. They make you feel like family.

Absolute poor service.Been in contact with sales rep for 3 months, asked and reminded him 6 times to send me a quote on a vehicle. Everytime a different excuse.

I went for car service 15 May 2023 and everything went well until they gave me my invoice and they told me they didn't do one thing which was putting a filter assy because they had to order it so they'll call me to come fit it when they have it. My question is why pay yourself if you didn't perform a service,I didn't like that and I find it dishonest. They said they'll call me as soon as they have the filter assy and I still haven't received a call from them till to date. Even if it's a minor service I feel they should have just told me they don't have the filter and don't put it on the invoice. Other than that I liked their service and friendly staff.

5 Star service all the way. Serviced my Suzuki Jimny on 05/08 and received the best service ever. I stay in Polokwane and drove all the way to Mokopane, and will definitely be doing so in the future. Well done Penta Mokopane for the best service experience ever.
