Excellent service from Trevor at Mega Door. I've had another supplies company throw me into the deep end by messing up my order. I found Mega Door and they instantly provided relief. I placed the order over the phone and in a matter of hours I had the doors glazed and delivered just as promised. Unmatched turn-around time, professional, quick and efficient service.

Great experience with Mega Doors. Was looking for a great deal for weeks on a sliding door and happened to pass by the store, so glad I went in. Friendly and professional service from Trevor and the door was delivered within the same week which was impressive given it was not a standard size. Good referral as well for the installer

Trevor and Riccardo were AMAZING. Builders Warehouse told me I'd never find the for I was looking for. But between the great knowledge and service from Trevor I was able to find me a for as well as share the number of a carpet who could help me out. These guys are amazing! Thank you guys!

I have been in the building trade for over 20 years and about 9 years ago I discovered Mega Doors... In all those years i have never had such friendly, professional and efficient service. I often feel I bombard them with questions, but never once has anything been to much effort for them. I normally deal with Trevor and always recommend Mega Doors to all my clients. I have never met anyone with so much knowledge about their products as Trevor... Well done to Trevor and all the staff that make this awesome experience possible over and over again

I've bought two solid doors here that I'm happy with. Constructive criticism is that their recommended installer Danny was unable to successfully complete the installation. I would recommend getting your own installer.

I would suggest one rather go with a company that does the installation and takes full responsibility for the whole job. We are still having issues with our Swartland doors that were bought through Megadoors months ago. The installer we were recommended through them also took us for a ride. Not a great experience at all!

Their doors may be good but they employ absolutely atrocious drivers who are an incompetent menace. Requests to address the issue are totally ignored.
