Beautiful place. You forget you are in Sandton. Nice service. Nice ambiance. Beautiful music. Was not very happy with the food situation. So the guys doing the grilling are a separate entity from The Beach and you have to go to them to order your food and pay. They dont come to you. Their food though is very nice. We ordered the chisanyama and the periperi wings. Generous servings

Classic decor, incredibly friendly staff and Kim the Marketing manager was awesome. Drinks were fairly priced. It was the perfect venue for my friends birthday. They keep the teens out too, which is really great.

This is an incredible venue. All the staff members I encountered were dedicated to making sure everyone was having a good time.I highly recommend The Beach for a bachelorette party or other milestone celebration, as they really make it special and so, so, so much fun.This is a place to party and eat and drink and shout and laugh. There is very much a beach party vibe.

The woman that books the booths is rude ,absolutely not acceptable, they show no appreciation and respect to there customers ,I will give them one more chance to improve ,or I'll never waste my time there again ,and if u order a hubly get the total price first ,

Absolutely loved The Beach! The ambience was amazing, the food was SO good, the drinks were good as well. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced and we took advantage of the shooter special. The DJ is absolutely amazing and his set was so good we couldn't stop dancing.

Went for a bachelorette on the 15th of April, a Saturday night.The venue was lovely and initially had a nice vibe. We got one of the packages which was nice, however this was all overshadowed by a few disappointing things.1. The DJ was horrible. There was no mixing of music and there weren’t many club/party songs. He played Faith by George Michael, and Brown-Eyed Girl?? In a club?? There were a few other ridiculous songs too. He also played the whole 5 minutes of Ndihamba nawe, which we got bored of 2 minutes in. This was a common issue where he played the entire song before moving on to the next song. There was no variety in music and we could hear many of the patrons complaining.2. We were in a booth and we all went to dance. When we got back, all our food and almost full bottles of water were taken away. We still had our jackets at our booth so there was no reason for them to think we had left. This was very frustrating as we had paid for our water and we didn’t even finish it.3. The DJ left at around 00:30 and no one came to replace him. We all hoped someone better would come along, but no. It felt like we were “politely” being asked to get out. Which was the case. We were all told to leave. Almost everyone went next door as they were still playing music.The venue has the potential to be great, but with the terrible DJ choice and taking of our drinks, I doubt I’ll be back again.
