I once again ordered from Uber eats with the promise of a free piece of chicken, the reason why I ordered was for this piece of chicken, there was also a promotion for 20% off which would have been cool if I hadn't opted for the free chicken, anyway the chicken is on the invoice handed to me but no chicken. My guess is staff are jus taking items as they are regularly missing.... I was refunded for the chicken but the whole point was that piece of chicken.

One of my BEST KFC experiences.Even though this branch was busy and lots of clients about, both ordering and those sitting to enjoy their scrumptious meals, the service was off the hook. No longggg and drawn out waiting for your order. Has enough seating space for lots of clients.I highly do recommend this KFC in Greenpoint.Thank you Greenpoint KFC, will definitely visit you again and again.

Consistently worst KFC rounder. Stale bun, dry chicken breast fillet, door wedge tomato slice. It's takes significant effort get it this wrong all the time.

All branches advertise that if you order online it's quicker and faster. However, that was not the case. Uber Eats took up most of the space in store and we waited a while for the food. The food was nice and warm when we received it, so no complaints there. The aircon was raised a bit high and it wasn't all that warm. It was after 9 so there was a chill in the air.

Little bit of a hot and cold review...Worked really late and needed to get food for five adults, so late night dining is limited in the greenpoint area after 11 p.m., however this KFC 24hrs...Call the head for my order to make sure they have food and was told a 20 minutes waiting time would be necessary which was perfect, thank you...Upon arrival, there was a slender male staff member with a hairnet on being very nosey with the with the customers and was unwilling to move a dirty water or just complete the the task in front of customers and I was told it's not his job... He also pointed out that it was the lady behind the counter job who was at the time incredibly busy serving customers and packing food...BIG UP TO SESONA, very helpful lady behind the counter who took my order and packed in a careful and hygienic way the food was fresh and amazing and just what five adults needed that time of night after a late shift...Thank you also to the store manager for receiving my order and calling to make sure I was about to arrive to collect...Because of my experience with the two staff that were actually working I will be back food was good, but please, don't let your staff hang around the front with customers unless they have something to do for the store...

Friendly staff, good layout and fast turn around. The one less star is because it doesn’t have a drive thru and parking can become a nightmare.

Staff purposefully closing and removing tickets from the line to avoid accountability on long waiting times. This resulted in a complete mess as the kitchen didn't know what orders where due and had to completely rely on the front staff to call out orders. Orders where being sent out based on which customers shouted loudest and not based on who ordered first

My 1st time inside this establishment and what an experience. Impeccable. Some other KFC's around the city I live in can definitely learn a thing or two or three from you guys. Apart from my zinger wrap which wasn't zingy enough for my liking, I really enjoyed my food and would definitely go back there if ever I'm in town again.

Staff are more busy with the uber eats orders than to provide customer service. they didn't have coleslaw. so instead of compensating or swopping items they simply wouldn't sell any meal with it. that leaves you with minimal options for feeding a family as most family meals come with coleslaw. Customers at the pay point were going out of their way to warn others to check their bags before leaving as this store always messes up their orders. Had to practically beg them to sell me a family meal and just leave out the slaw. was given a whole 2 serviettes and zero condiments . Kfc seems to be 30 Percenter franchise employing 25 percenters who are there for they paycheck. Customer service and efficiency are severely lacking at this store.
