Standard Bank | Queensburgh Service Centre

Have noticed the same delapatated couches and dirty carpets in branch of standard bank. It feels dirty from the look and appearance . You would think a bank of this stature would keep their branches looking clean and tidy and updated. I would also advise you to take hygiene wipes as not a branch that looks sanitary.

Service very poor no consultants at tgeir desks only 2 available and no one cares even if you've waited so long

2 years later and bank account still not closed. On top of this they don't respond to this issue

Due to electronic banking I have not visited this branch in approximately a year however I've returned today to find fault with what I complained about and took up with branch manager and head office office of standard bank a year ago. I was Disgusted to see filthy carpets around staff and dirty couches and very delapatatated couches in branch after there assurances last year that they will attend to the complaints I lodged however today I've returned to see conditions the same if not worse I was advised to use a finger print scanner to verify validity in my identity, the machine / scanner was not clean and asked her the consultant to please give me a hygene wipe or wet wipe or tissue to wipe it , she did not have one , she then proceeded to take a piece of paper and wipe it , I was shocked as this will scratch the device lessening the life span of device via scratches and ultimately me as the consumer Will eventually be charged for this in fees later on . I've explained to her that I don't know who touched this device and although I practice good hygiene practices I cannot vouch for other humans that use the loo or carry germs which I might contract which if contracted will spread through contamination as I might receive from dirty scanner. I've also told her they standard bank" should at least have hygeine wipes for customers to allow customers to wipe such things as not to transmit disease. She thought I was crazy even though she did not express this I know she thought it from her expression. With all this said I'm dissatisfied and disappointed at there hygiene practices and there reluctance to replace old used delapatatated furniture and carpets! This is of a dirty nature in my opinion. I'd advise you to take wet wipes or hygeine wipes on your next visit and don't sit on delapatatated couches you might get a desiese or back pain. Please remember Google the best thing since bread came sliced via Hunter Auxilliary Plumbers."

Great and super fast service received at this branch. This has been the best service I have received out of any of the other branches I had beeb to. The only issue is the parking situation.
