Great service and serene environment. Lovely selection of crystals, plants, and just about everything you would expect. Friendly and knowledgeable owner. I definitely recommend and will be going back.

I really loved this shop, the owner was super friendly and welcoming, and I found all the crystals (and more) I wanted. The crystals were beautiful and the owner was kind enough to label them all for me. Will definitely be returning.

I went there with my 12yr old daughter and I'm writing the review on her behalf. She loved it! She was so impressed with the variety and the prices she paid. She couldn't believe how much she could buy with her pocket money. She loved the fact that the young man wrapped each crystal up individually and explained their properties. When I open them up it's going to be like a surprise all over again"We loved it and will be back."

Has any type of crystal you could imagine, and very reasonably priced. Also sell incense, jewellery and Palo Santo sticks. Great energy as soon as you walk in, and there is even a small nursery at the back. One of my favourite spots in the Western Cape.

Visited the crystal shop today and had a very pleasant experience. The customer service was a step above and knowledgable!! You could tell the owner had a real passion for what he does and that is something you always want to see but seldom get! I was very pleased with a magnificent piece of rainbow flourite I bought (pictured attached) and a piece of African Turquoise......which I have never seen anyplace else and which is a lovely addition to my collection. Everything was reasonably priced and I will definately visit again.

What an amazing experience. Very special shop with a wide variety of crystals and other related esoteric goods. The owner, Nicalene has an extensive knowledge of everything that she sells and you walk away with far more than what you purchased, because of the knowledge that she shares. I was particularly fascinated by a Budah statue that manifests tears that roll down its cheek. You definitely need to visit The Crystal Shop.
