Waiting an hour for cable to be cut and supplied.. it's just ridiculous for a big company to perform like this... Get more staff to work in dispatch!!!

1st time to this branch of Voltex, lady at reception was most helpful and directed me to Ryan, a good guy of note, took the time to explain the ins and outs and discussed product's warranties as well, had order processed as we were talking ! Erin at dispatch was quick and courteous and helped load products, will definitely visit again in future!

My first trip to this wholesaler. The prices are great but the service inside is very slow from the purchasing to the collection. The parking area is huge and secure which is great.The person at the dispatching area was doing the best he could but they need to get more hands on desk or better processes in place.

Very happy with the service I received from Voltex Epping. The sales person Adnaan Harneker was very helpful. I ordered an Inverter yesterday, it was delivered this afternoon by a very pleasant delivery guy, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I will certainly use Voltex again for additional items I require for my solar installation. Great service experience!!

From placing an order to collecting it takes anything from 30-45min. Chatted to the other 4 customers and they were also waiting for 30min.

Great service from Voltex Epping. Can't remember the sales person name but you kept your word, keeping the Sunsynk Inverter & Hubble batteries for me and those were the last in stock that day. Thanks again. Epic service.

Rowan Essex is passionate about his job and goes out of the way to assist us when we need him. He assists us any time we need him regardless of working hours and has no problem explaining things. Rare to find an account manager like that.
