Very good service, but it gets too busy at times

Very efficient and friendly. Went there on a busy day, but didn't have to wait too long. Agent who assisted me was knowledgeable and gave me the correct advice

Long wait, but worth it. Problems which arose during loadshedding, assisted and fixed after 3 months. Thank you so much for the opportunity to ask and get direct answers to questions which remained unanswered. The bot cannot replace the human factor. Interaction is more concrete and acceptable when questions are unanswered by the bot.

Really good customer service. They sorted out our issue quickly, and also helped us pay less for the same benefits, something that we didn't even know about before we went there. Was surprising to have such impressive client-centered care.

What a complete waste of my valuable time! You stand outside for average 25 minutes in a cold open tent!Once inside it's another 15 minutes quee! Can't wait for this white elephant to crash! The security is worst than at the bank!

I had excellent service from Edward/Edwin (not sure) at Multichoice N1 City. On the first visit he suggested ways that I should try with the errors on my decoders. If it didn't help, I was to bring the decoders to him to help solve the problem. He called me the next day to check if it had worked (5*) Companies don't do that. After work the next day, I got stuck in traffic and was running late to take the decoders to him. He called again to check how far I was as they were closing soon. I got there 1 minute after closing. Edward came to the closed gate, took my decoders, solved the problem and returned it to me. I thanked him for his patience and service. I then noticed that he went to the bus stop to get a ride home. This is unbelievably good service from someone who will ensure that customers are happy. Well done Edward. You are an asset to Multichoice.

Had a problem with signing into Showmax. Tried changing password several times with no success. Finally decided to call Multichoice and spoke to Lungisani Vatsha. Explained the problem and he efficiently took me through the process of unsubscribing and then re-subscribing with the necessary details. Mr Vatsha was extremely patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. He had us back on Showmax in a flash and was even willing to assist me to see if I could obtain it on my TV. All in all a very pleasant, efficient and helpful young person.DEFINITELY A CREDIT TO MULTICHOICE!!!If I were to rate him he will get a 100% from us. Much Appreciated Mr Vatsha!!!!
