Emily was incredible. She made an amazing bouquet for Valentine's , with lots of care and detail. She even offered to include my snack pack together with the flowers and deliver it as one gift. She was quite communicative and handled everything professionally. An absolute delight to work with!!! I wish I could give her 6 stars.

I order flowers 2 times a year for my step mom who lives in Somerset West ( We live in Scotland in UK). I’ve never been overly impressed until now!Amazing customer service from start to finish, receipt received within a very short period and communication thanking me for the order. Emily informed me they would send me a short video once flowers were made up before they were sent out . This did indeed happen and the flowers were lovely!! I truly hope this great customer service will continue .Thanks so much and absolutely do I recommend them.They deserve to succeed x

Requested bright & cheerful bunch of flowers to be delivered to a friend who needed cheering up. Alicia send me a video of the bunch prior to delivery to show the love, care & personal touch she put into the arrangement. It were absolutely perfect & the receiving party were very happy with her surprise!

Emily arranged the flowers on our wedding day, and we were so so happy with her work (with minimal input from us who know nothing about flowers!). The proteas, fynbos, whites - all stunning and perfect for our day. Emily was utterly chilled, professional and so lovely to work with :)

I had the best experience and I have found my forever florist! Alicia from Emily Bloom created a beautiful and personalized bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother‘s day (which she LOVED) and I even got a video of the bouquet before it was sent for delivery, just to make sure that I was happy with it! I have already booked Emily Bloom to do my wedding this year and I am SO excited to see what they come up with- so much talent! Thank you for the excellent service and love that you put into your work!
