Always a great experience working with DSV. Customer service is excellent. Our parcel was delivered on time in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

Would give negative stars if possible. Get a call and are told parcel will be delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Get an SMS on Wednesday morning and are told parcel will be delivered today. Take time off from work to receive parcel. No call or message, but also no parcel. Where is my parcel DSV? Who is going to pay for my time off from work? This is useless service. I hear your adverts on the radio saying you are the service champions. Maybe the useless service champions. You are useless. Useless, useless, useless.

Absolutely shocking service. Been waiting for my phone delivery for over 1 week. First, they get my number wrong. Correct it with them more than once and still not updated on their side. Finally gets rectified, tell me it will be delivered today. Wait all day, call them just after 4pm to check what's happening. Get told driver on route. Wait longer, goes past 5. Call them again, now to be told driver was unsuccessful delivering. No one was home. Yet I was here. No hoot, no phone call to me was made, nothing. Now no one is available to help, been told by national call centre, I have to wait til Monday. This was meant to be a gift of which now I have to disappoint the person it was intended for, due to Dsv's negligence and there is no reasonable solution. Sorry Sir no one at the Durban branch is available. Haibo, do the branch manager's not have cell phones? What's the point of an after hours call centre, if they have no access to branches and can't provide you with answers? No customer service here. I would not recommend this courier to anyone if you looking for professional service.

Worst service ever!! My parcel was on delivery every day for 5 days and I did not receive it. I called every say, was promised a call back and not one person called me!! Customer service is some of the worst I have experiencedShocking shocking shocking people to deal with. I literally will ask which courier companies use and not support them if DSV is their service provider.

DSV Solutions to my own perspective is still like any other Logistics so they're bound to some weakness. However they have got some parts when they're strong and offer gud services, now that's what I like about it.

At least get the status correct, saying the customer is not available when you didn't even attempt delivery is a poor show, get the proper statuses added to your siteDelivery Failed Receiver Not Available" = we did not even try to deliver your parcel

Absolutely horrendous. Got an sms saying they are delivering today so I waited at home the whole day to ensure I don't miss this package.No one showed up and no one phoned me, yet they updated the tracker to say I was not available.Called their support who took forever to answer and then was very unhelpful basically saying I must just wait for next week and they will try again. Couldn't answer any of my questions and just transferred me to someone who didn't pick up for 30 minutes. Gave up.Can't trust this delivery company. Will never use them for anything.

Pathetic service and no one ever gets back to you on your parcel. And my parcel was opened and destroyed when I finally received it!

Iam waiting for my cellphone parcel from last week even today i didn't get it the worst part they drop the phone when i phone them that makes me more upset
