Been battling to find a reliable place to service my vehicles since moving here from Cape Town. Work ethic by most companies I’ve dealt with in town just sucks. Thought I’d give Le Roux Service Centre a shot as they’re close to home and was pleasantly surprised. Pricing was reasonable and everything completed as requested and suggested. I’ll be back again soon. Thanks for the good service.

Bad service I had with this guy Johan Le Roux. Quite deceptive and does not work on schedule. They have had my car since God knows. Took time to get the engene from his suppliers which I can't blame it on him. Engene got delivered 3 weeks back and they putting it in. Worst thing I planned to go with the car on holiday with family and there's still no guarantee of arrival of my car. I'm really terrified and dissapointed I wasn't expecting this kind of services from a proper Machanic. Let alone the money paid for my car, I thought I was gonna be valued and taken seriously just like any customers who paid. This guy just ruined my holiday. I'm sorry but I lost respect for this service center.

I took my car for a service there and l was very satisfied with them. The owner was very friendly and helped me speedily. Will certainly take my car there again.

Friendly and efficient and I was not ripped off like normal when you end up with an emergency when away.

Very Disappointed in Le Roux Services…We took our VW Polo to Johan in March 2020… and it is now March 2021. Yes that is correct… our car has been with the mechanic for a year already and he still does not contact us and he got paid in full, yet we don’t have a fixed car.Deposit paid in May 2020 and we were told that he will be able to fix the car. We were only contacted in October 2020 to say our car is ready for collection and all fixed. We were told that the car is 100% and no smoking and it moves with ease. So we went and paid the balance and collected the car. Only not to even reach his back gate for the turbo pipe to fall off… we had to go back three times that same day… they could not connect the pipe properly and the owner and his employee had a little tiff because of this… after the third attempt to fasten the Turbo pipe, we took the car for a ride down the road only to see black smoke and the car had no power… yet we were told that this problem was also fixed hence paying and collecting our car.The car is still with Le Roux Services…Another issue, we were quoted R20 657.00, but when we had to pay the final invoice it was just over R27 000.00. But the main issue is we don’t have a fixed car and he got paid, we feel that he just does not care. We have called, emailed, and even popped in numerous times… it is now 13 March 2021.6 months since paying the balance and being told our car is fixed… but the car was in his workshop for a year.A year of many Uber Bills…Who waits a year for their car to be fixed? Then we lied too and told the car is fixed, payment is made but we still don’t have our car…Please contact us urgently. We have called and emailed; you have all our contact details. We really need a fixed car, we can’t wait another year.We have been very patient but it is now getting ridiculous.
