Bayside Lodge Empangeni

This place is neat and quiet, it is not crowded as well and it's quiet,they do the screening before u came in. I do love it and the staff are very professional m looking forward to book again just to relax. Service is good. Thanks

Very, very, very poor... R599 for this??? 1 star is being generous. From the exterior, no maintenance at, all. Poorly trained RECEPTION staff. Ugly corridors with carpet. Room with visible signs of wear. No maintenance nothing whatsoever.Shower curtain, I mean really!!! Ugly curtains, door showing signs of burglary, ceiling not maintained.No Wi-Fi. Avoid this one. It's a pity that I stayed at the Bayside in Pinetown, which is quite nice.DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK!!!

The place has beautiful rooms, in them a bed, TV, shower, bathroom, sinks and exceptional lighting...although somethings need to be refurbished but I can't complain too much because it nothing is perfect and the cost weren't too high...

It looks like a dumpsite surrounding this Lodge. The reception and service were acceptable. The room urgently needs paint and the walls need some colour/decorations, ect because it looks pale and boring. The bed were nice but the were no bedlamps! The bathroom was clean but that's it! One small bar of soap. No shampoo/body wash, not even small bottles. Both doors (to the room and bathroom) need replacement because the bottoms is rotten.And then:There were a very small 'room/closet'. When opening the door, I was almost vomiting. Not painted and the stank was overwhelming!Will I stay there again: NoWill I recommend it: No

Omg.... this place is creepy. from bathrooms to the rooms it a mess. My husband and I really felt uncomfortable the entire night we couldn't wait for the morning and leave. To think that I bathed while wearing flops because really there was not even one clean spot to stand on. Toilet omg what a mess.Noo guys you can't do this. It like an old dump that used to be a hostel

The place looked beautiful on pics but when we got there, the place looked like a old decapitated hostel... the bed was uncomfortable... we had booked 2 nights but we couldn't even sleep properly on the first and we decided to check out before the 2nd night....

The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Very good priced. Our vehicle was safe all the time.A bit noisy at night time though with people shouting at each other and loud conversations.

The staff, don't care if u are comfortable and if u ask for assistance, no one cares. They cage for parking as a guest, which, other places don't, as a guest. The TV FOES NOT WORK, AT ALL. THE PRICE IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH, COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES. I WAS JUST FORCED TO STAY, HERE ,COZ, THE WEATHER WAS BAD AND I WAS TIRED AND NOT WANT TO LOOK FOR OTHER PLACES. THEY DON'T PROVIDE ENOUGH SOAP AND TOILETRIES
