This was some of the best service I've ever received. I ordered a Dyson stick vacuum online through their store. I was kept up to date every single step of the way by their assistant Jamie. She called me to let me know that the order was received, when it would arrived, when it was sent for delivery. Everything. It really put my mind at ease as a customer. An excellent place to buy from. Efficient, polite, communicative, very competitive prices. And a nice personal touch. (After ordering online late on a Sat night, it took 10 mins for a director of the co to send me a personal confirmation e-mail.) Delivery took just a day or two. A good place to start every search for the kind of wares they sell.
