On google it is stated that you are open until 16:00 on Saturday and at the door it is stated that you are open until 17:30 but to my amazement when I arrive there at 15:00 cash crusaders was close

If I can give zero I will.I bought a TV here and it broke. Now the manager refuses to honour their warranty stating it is physical damage and that the screen is causing the problems, but that they will go half-half for the repairs in good faith. After speaking to the repair centre they are using, it came to light that the problem is the PC board on the TV and not the screen, a blatant lie from the manager. After telling that to the manager he still insist that it is physical damage and they refuse to pay the repairs in full, even though it is policy for them to repair PC boards in full. After that conversation I called the repair centre again and was informed that they are not allowed to speak with me anymore and was instructed to return the TV to the store. If this is not bullying in the highest degree I do not know what is.Do not use this store, they will find a way to screw you out of your hard earned cash.I will take this to the highest level, as this store is giving cash crusaders in general a very bad image.

The worst telephonic service I’ve ever received

Minus stars. Arrived at the shop with my wife and all the staff were outside.... Loadshedding. We were ignored by all and eventually a cheeky staff member, in uniform, sarcastically told us when we have piwer. When asked if they have bunkbeds, they carrued on chatting to each othet. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I WILL DRINK A GKASS OF WINE SOON, WHEN YOU CLISE YOUR DOORS!

I would give it a 0 if I could. They offer near to nothing for something and put a hefty mark up on the prices. They also don’t know how to do research on products and give facts irrelevant to the product you are currently selling. Go to cash crusaders hatfield plaza much better service.

This store closes way earlier than their specified times. The staff inside won't let you in, even if it's 12pm but the store indicates online and on their door that they close at 2pm. Not only is it a major inconvenience but they're losing business and money.Edit: I see many people who have given reviews on this store had the same issue

Mdu and Bianca have been absolutely brilliant! The staff and the store was welcoming, clean and inviting.What stood out was how knowledgeable and competent the staff were.I'd recommend this to anyone.

The manager is rude to his staff to the point I did not even go forward with making the initial purchase. What kind of manager treats his staff and customers so rudely?!

Bad service, wouldn't recommend

I love the service the staff has and the store is so clean and good vibes. It one of my favorites store in the shopping center.
