Used this service as it was cheaper than Postnet for a bigger box. Due to the fragile nature of the contents, I used the do not stack" "fragile" "this side up" stickers... just to recieve the box in a horrific condition. Ripped on all edges and squished from all sides. 10/10 would NOT recommend"

Courier guy Richards bay are thieves. The price board said R149 for 0 to 15 kg but they charged me 190 for 6.50 kg. The excuse they used is the size of the box. But nowhere on the board is this written that the price is dependent on the size of the item.

I have used them before and used to come early .the service is pathetic i have tried calling them and no answer till now our suppliers use them for live stock and im still waiting for order and it is now 14;07 10 Feb 2023.

Used the service to courier my daughters suitcases from Stellenbosch to Richards Bay. The CourierGuy confirmed the bags were picked up without any damage; however the bags were damaged during transit, which they say they are not responsible for . SO between the loading of the parcel and the dispatching of the parcel...any damages is for the customers loss. Truly bad service experience, will not recommend to anyone.

Great service from Courier Guy JHB getting the package to Richards Bay so speedily .... then 28 hours later and 3 phone calls, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered from Richards Bay to Mtunzini ??!!

Richards Bay office service level is below standard and sadly paints a poor image of the Company. I have had 3 incidents where my parcel is out for delivery, yet not delivered.

When it comes to Takealot packages Richard Bay branch is pretty clueless. Please educate your employees on this system. What took me 3 visits to the branch and 2 phonecalls took RAM a single phonecall to solve and execute.

I use courier guy form other branches with no issues but the Richards Bay branch is useless. They are always late and they don't communicate. Twice I made booking and both occasion, it took a week
