Not my regular spot but decided to swing past to get a few items. The gentleman behind the counter was rather condescending and seemed to deflect every question I asked with a less than helpful snarky answer. It’s sad as customer service should always be tops and be first priority. Wont return nor suggest it to anyone else as the service stinks so bad even when I said thank you I got nothing back, if that guys worked for me I would’ve let him go quick.

Absolutely fatastic store to shop at i have never experienced such great serviceI am a first time vapour that recently got my device from one of my colleagues and craighall showed me exactly how to set it up run it and basically met all my needs today,Absolutely blown away by the guys that were working there today aas they were all with me and showing me how things are doneI Absolutely love this store and will definitely be coming back
