The stuff there is very friendly and made the process of getting my first car easy and very nice

I'm happy about the service Farras provided. He's very friendly and ensures that we happy with everything.This dealership must really check the people at maintenance though. You cannot do a service and have oil leaks immediately.

Lovely place and service

Terrible service from preowned salesperson (Firaaz).Waste time, delay tactics, failure to provide promised feedback. I have to proactively follow-up with him on feedback he's promised...only to be given delay tactic responses. This continued for 2 weeks

They don’t have a sense of urgency, approached them already being approved by the bank but it still took forever for them to sell me car, I had to call them everyday to follow up on what’s happening, also the car had a chip on the windscreen, took forever to be fixed, also the car was not on fulltank when it was handed to me, I was promised cash for that fuel, till today nothing was communicated, expect no communication from them, you unless you call them. Sometimes you call them the sales agent has forgotten about you. I believe I got assisted cause I expressed by frustration and anger. I’m giving them one star cause I finally got the car but it was a hustle.

I had very good service from bmw vereeniging when purchasing a Bakkie from them. I will recommend them. And friendly staff.

I enjoy the experience everytime I go. Even when the sales people are busy with other customers I'm encouraged to view the vehicles and when they come they're very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The dealer principle really knows how to make sure you have the car of your dreams and your budget. If you wish to buy on a busy day, I suggest you enjoy a coffee or watch some news, browse the floor or check out the gear while you wait. It's worth it.

My brother gave his new 2016 X6 50d in for mechanical issues on the car, the car would not move if you had to push the pedal almost full way in, its been 3 weeks now that they havent even touched it, he bought the car from BMW and already they starting to trouble us, the service lady is fixing other peoples cars first even though we gave our one first, I am really dissapointed and I will not recommend BMW Vereeniging to anyone, please stay away from this dealership if you dont want problems from them

They have a new person at the head of their service department called Jacques! This bloke is worth his weight in gold!

Its inconvenient. It took them 3 days turnaround time to order parts when I enquire they said money paid has to reflect on their account first before placing an order for parts. It took them 2 full weeks to repair my car
