Good service helpful staff

We have been bitten by a dog and went to the emergency room, they cleaned it and they contacted the specialist and his instructions was to give us antibiotics and then to have the procedure at umhlanga. They did not give us anything. After going to get eveything stitched up the pharmacy was closed already there and they said they will organize that we should pick it up at Ballito. We phoned this morning and spoke to a gentleman that asked should he deliver it and we said that we will pick it up as we know everywhere is short staffed. He replied that he will have everything ready for us. When we got there the nurse said that the pharmacy is closed to the public that they cant help us. We then said we spoke to the gentleman working there and he said he will keep it out for us. She went to ask them again and they just said nobody spoke to them. I am so appalled by the experience that i had with both the hospital and the pharmacy.

Absolutely useless. Was there for 30 minutes while they tried to find the main member on the Medical Aid. Eventually took the script across to Dischem and was done in 5 minutes.

Very clean and professional environment. They even opened on christmas day 2017.
