Poor customer service! A lady at the till got irritated and excused herself to a different uneedy duty merely because we were still deciding on what to get. The other employee came through to assist and redeem the shop's image otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this Milkyway to anyone.

Service is terrible!!!! we placed an online order at 14:54, and after giving the store 40 plus minutes to prepare, we arrived in store, to find that our order hasn’t been prepared, and that staff were clueless with regards to our online order. We were then told to wait, we waited an additional 15min and still the staff didn’t know what our order entailed, and this was after we were told to wait as they busy preparing the order. We then just cancelled and walked out, thank goodness we didn’t make an online payment.

Won't ever set my foot in the eldorado park milky lane. If want get what spend on your go to lenasia you get what you paid for. I rate eldorado park milky a -0 would again waste my money. Wish could post the pictures and you tell if you waste your money at eldorado park milky lane.
