Bidvest Premier Lounge - Cape Town International Departures

Very good lounge in my limited experience, lots of nice food, great selection of wines as you'd expect. Nice and peaceful which is what we wanted. Good layout and not too busy

Yola, the customer service assistant offered outstanding service with being attentive, listening and delivering the service, BRAVO!The food offered was excellent, if not outstanding. Well done to the Chef!I feel very well treated and privileged to be able to use the facilities.Thank you.

What an amazing step up from the old Premier lounge. I was very critical of the old longe, that desperately needed an upgrade, but this is on a different level all together.Amazing staff, food and space.Well done guys.Thanks Sibusiso

Visited the new lounge at CT international. About time they got a bigger space. Great improvement, spacious, clean and better food offering. Special mention to Zimkuitha for warm service the bar counter and general friendly service at the lounge.

What a great lounge. Fabulous, friendly, efficient staff. Amazing food. Well done.The only thing, is that I do not think that passengers are aware of this new lounge. Please, start marketing your new lounge and ensuring that passengers know that you are open and waiting for them to be pampered in your new Fabulous lounge. Maybe, handing out vouchers to all qualifying passengers upon check in would help....and stipulate its the NEW premier lounge, not the old one....have a diagram of where u r on the voucher. Also, a signage board as one comes out of immigration, showing your location would help.Thanks to Sibususo and all the staff for a great lounge treat. Keep up the amazing service !

Comfortable & clean lounge, service is excellent & the staff are attentive & friendly. Good selection of food and beverages both hot & cold.Unfortunately all of the plug points/ sockets are SA 3 prong or recessed 2 prong, unusual for an International Departures Lounge". There are no adaptors available from the front desk

Big ups to the new Bidvest international departure lounge at CT international airport. Spacious, clean and great food and service. A special shout out to Sibusiso for his outstanding service and friendly demeanour!

Very convenient and clean! The staff particularly Diane and Khuselwa were so friendly, helpful and kind! We really appreciate it and highly recommend when you are traveling in Cape Town!

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. This newly opened lounge has great and friendly service as well as a buffet and a la cart menu. I overheard a man nearby rave about the grilled brisket/mash and my kingklip and sweet potatoes dish was delicious too. Hats off to you guys. Well done for elevating your game. Keep it up.
