Had to wait more than an hour,for my son to have a jab.Whilst we were first one in line. Nurses showed up with their friend and his son served her and later had a long chat inside the room. When I finally asked them if they noticed we're here to be served They did what they do best give me an attitude,told be that she was their colleague and they don't wait in line. But the was no line to begin with it was just me but we had to wait in total 2hrs

Good day theres a guy called patrick tshikotshi his a clerk at olifantsfotein this guy should not br workin with people his rude and unprofessional ..i went there around 8 for hiv testin n was resquested to get a file its all good orocedure my problem comes when he tell me i should stand in long que just to get a file were as the testin dept has no ques he was tellin me the way he does not deal with files ..no wondr ppl dont test bcos of such pll i had to liv last week cos i got there at 9 n left around 3 stil waitin for my file and didnt test now this again .. something should b done

Poor services .A person can die from the waiting .Not been attended to.The front office staff can’t speak to the patients.They are so full of themselves and rude .I guess this is how government things work .Black people will never change shem .Why choose to work at a clinic when you know you don’t have the patience and passion for the job .

The clerks here are very rude and they live us unattended to what happened to batho pele slogan this is kaak clinic minister need to look into this ectually I am even taking this to radio station
