This is a platform to help the owner NOT the buyer. You are going to be misled esp. if you want to get the statistics. At the end they wanna sale something they are not willing to provide. As buyer don’t trust them because the seller pay they to cheat!

My cousin got scammed - property24 is allowing scammers to penetrate and advertise properties. They demand a quick deposit to hold property and they don't exist. Please becareful!

Why are apartments advertised if the agent doesn't respond? I've sent multiple messages and an email enquiring about an apartment but the agent doesn't respond, yet my messages were read?? It's frustrating!

Red tape red tape! -- property 24 is impacted and fails to perform !maybe we need to try a different platform ?

Very unhappy with service I received after buying a Property report.The report was paid for on their website with my Capitec Debit card. The transaction went through on my side, but Property24 claims the transaction failed. I have went through my bank statement and the money never returned back into my account.I have contacted Property24 , sent my bank statement which shows the transaction was processed and even sent a screen snip of the transaction details showing the date, amount, refence and again that is is processed.I have spoken to two Capitec Agents to find out if there is any other form of Proof of Payment I can get for a Debit Card transaction and they have both told me that my bank statement IS proof of payment and that I cannot get any other proof of payment for a Debit Card transaction. The transaction details screen snip I sent also shows all of the details that a POP for an EFT shows, but Property24 still says they have not received the money. The money couldn't go nowhere.

I have been advertising with Property24 for over 2 years. They have just increased their charges to advertise by over 100%. The Property business is in crisis. I have tried to contact a senior person to discuss this, and no-one can give me a number to contact either Charles Scott of their CEO JP Perina. Our accounts manager said they cannot give out contact numbers for either of these 2 people. ?????????

If you are searching for aparments they give you just houses to compare the previous pices of sold properties in the area. How stupid is that? At the end it turns out that your apartment in no. 46 is compared with the entire prics of an apartment-house in no. 50. Does that make sense ? No ! So these is a fake statistic and property24 is just doing a favour to the seller not the buyer in hiding the real prices.Then they tell you, you have to buy a report. But again, dummie can't think. If yo don't know what apartment specifically was sold, how can you buy that sale's report ?Another unprofessional fake and unreliable service !Did you check the person who gave 5 stars ? Isn't that a corrupt review again ?

Property24 does absolutely nothing about false/inaccurate listings and scam listings - even if one reports it! You just get generic replies and the listing remains. Property24 does not care if you get scammed or misled - they just want the advertising fee. Absolutely vile, fraudulent and disgusting company. DO NOT USE PROPERTY24!
