Very very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful staff at the pharmacy. I'll give them the benefit that maybe it was just a locom filling in for a bit. But after a very unsatisfactory event, which I reported, I had to go back to get something from the pharmacy again and add luck would have it I was helped" by the same person again. Clearly that staff member was either not confronted by management or she just didn't care as her attitude was still pretty much the same."

This clicks is probably the worst clicks, the pharmacy has no experience, makes us wait almost 20 minutes to tell us they cannot help us, wasting our time. Would rather go to clicks in edgemead or mohammed at bothasig square highly recommended.

Very upset as this is always happening when there is no stock available for my asthma pump. The manager didn't know what to say when I ask her why I didn't get notified that my asthma pump is out of stock! This is an ongoing issue at clicks!!! As a chronic patient that needs an asthma pump I will never sat foot in that clicks again. I will however advise my doctor to change my pharmacy!!! Very disgusted in clicks Richmond!!

What a useless bunch working at the pharmacy. There is never someone that can help you if you phone in. Then when you get there you stand for ever because they short of staff. Clicks get your shop sorted or you going to loose customers and teach your staff some telephone manners

I had such wonderful service here this morning at clicks pharmacy. I phoned in yesterday afternoon enquiring about my asthma pump and whether they had stock. Lunga was fantastic and helped me over the phone and said they would keep it aside for me. The pharmacy manager helped me this morning and I got my pump within minutes. Thank you for your great service.

If trading hours starts at 9am.... I would expect the store to open at 9am...yet here I am, still sitting outside the store and it's 9.06am

A few of the pharmacists are super nice but I recently brought in 2 scripts, said and wrote down the specific items I needed and the rest can be loaded. I get given the whole lot. Also when going to pay, you stand waiting for a cashier to get off their cellphone to assist you.
