I was told my car would be ready in 3-4 days on the phone, took it in and they took 6 working days. Very unprofessional service, no communication between managers. I went back twice as I was told that my car was ready, only to be sent back home as my car still had not been for a service and they were still working on the bumper.My car got dropped off at my house without the VW badge on the back and the service book had not been filled out.Wouldn’t recommend this panelbeater to anyone.

Giving your car some love comes at a cost but at Contact Panelbeaters it wasn’t the case. Awesome job, clean and given back in a better condition than I took it in.
