Bought tray of chicken in shoprite in newbrighton it was routen. Terrible smell I had to take it back. Waste of time and ma petrol. Plse shoprite must take care and appreciate us in the location remove off things from the shelves please. I had to go to spar .

Pathetic service indeed, went to the money market Sunday to withraw a R100 i was told they just opened so they have not taken any money in order to give money? Kanti what are cash floats for? Sies our location supermarkets are nothing like the northern areas or white areas. It's a disgrace.

Staff shortage both bakery n deli. But much better than Shoprite commercial road, it's treated like a colored family, family business. Very different to other Shoprite stores, an adult is forced to eat a meal with a very small salt spoon. The branch manager just says head office doesn't send normal spoons and he will offer a fork instead. This has been happening since November.

The service is dead, it's just not there at all. I'm currently standing in the money market queue and there's been one at the counter for the past 15minutes until now, we're still standing unattended. When you asking for assistance they just tell you there's only one person assisting the money market. The cashier on duty had the name tag inside out so I couldn't get the name.

Iimited stock available. TOO crowded money market is often offline and service is the worst in PE not enough cashiers and manager do nothinf about it.Avoid it unless it's the last resort.
