Perfect 10

Completely disgusted with the half-hearted service received from this business. I visited this business after my previous beauty salon closed. The first two times the service was perfunctory, with beauticians giggling and laughing at customers but I needed somewhere to go and my friend said she mostly got good service. Yesterday I called to make an appointment for today. I was given two options ~ 11h30 or 16h30. I chose the latter because I was busy for most of the day. I arrived and the staff all stared blankly at me. After indicating that I had made an appointment they told me that was impossible because they close at 17h00, so they would never book that late a time slot. I asked them to look for my details. They found them booked for 12h30 ~ a 'no show'. I said yes, of course I was a no show because that was not the time I had booked. I asked why they don't send reminders or follow up with customers, to which I was told they do. Clearly only haphazardly. Totally fed up with poor customer service and will strongly recommend no one uses this branch. Don't bother!

Perfect 10 is by far one of the most covid safe salons I have been to. They are very through and ensure all their clients are safe and sanitized. Beyond that, all the staff members are so friendly and accommodating and everything runs on time. The service is amazing and I never leave disappointed in fact I can’t wait to go back!

I have been going to Perfect 10 Norwood for years now and it's always been great! I always leave there happy with my treatments. The staff are extremely friendly and are passionate about what they do. During this horrible COVID pandemic they have kept up their standards and have excellent safety precautions! They gave me my own safety bag" with my own nail file

Kerisha is so professional, friendly, caring and so honest. I have been going to her at perfect 10 Norwood for a long time and always had a satisfying and good experience. I have been going to Perfect 10 for years since they first opened. I came across Kerisha for threading purely by chance and I would never let anyone else near my eyebrows ever again. She is brilliant and the utmost professional.The staff at Perfect 10 are also super welcoming and friendly and very professional. They take great precaution to ensure everything is clean and done to perfect standards. I also find that whenever I have my nails done the polish whether gel or normal polish lasts much longer than at other places I have tried.Well done Perfect 10, highly recommended

I’ve been here a few times. The service is good. My preferred waxing therapist is Jeanine, she is top notch! Amazing and meticulous with her work. Friendly too. Quite professional and puts you at ease.
