I am giving 5 stars.I'm not sure why there are negative comments. I have been with this agency for 2 years and all I've had is helpfulness and constant assistance. They are definitely one of the top agencies in Potchefstroom. Top marks must be given to agent Ernst Biddulph for his constant willingness to help.

Helped my find a nice home vey quickly, two years ago. And am still very happy with the service.

I inquired about a rental and after a week nobody made contact. After complaining on Prop24 and their website, eventually someone made contact. First they were more interested in wanting to know when we can move in. That will be determined whether the property meets our requirements I shared. We requested a viewing for this Saturday but got informed that they will not show us the property. Calling the agent and expressing dissatisfaction with his Whatsapp message, the agents puts the phone down in my ear. Without having the opportubity to view the property, surely no informed decision can be made. AA Realtoes can lose my number since the standard has been set on how potential clients will be handled and serviced.
