I only have good things to say about Incompas, because their team has always been helpful and friendly. Even the one time when I was not satisfied with a claim from the insurer, I could raise my concerns with Incompas staff, and they were extremely helpful to ensure I get a better result. Not sure if I could mention names, hence I did not. But the claims manager was excellent and very helpful.The same can be said of the consultants, and also the Director.In short, I'll recommend them anytime.

We have a self catering holiday home in Gordons Bay, Cape Town. We've had problems of burglary and a guest flooding one of the units, and on both occasions, it was very easy to deal with Incompass. They are efficient, effective and trustworthy - and hence I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating! Thank you! Well done - and keep it up the good services!!

Incompass are the first insurance consultants I have come across that side with me. I have a great relationship with the staff and I have never had a problem getting any claim paid out. I use them for my busy guesthouse and for my cars and my home. They will shop around to find all the best insurance plans to suite your needs. Highly recommended!

We have been working with Incompass for at least 15 years if not longer and Jan and his team have always been extremely professional and responsive. They are always a phone call away & are pro-active to current situations. Especially in the current crises of Lock-down we find ourselves in Trudy and Jan have been fundamental in guiding us through the process and insure a turn around time of claims being paid out within 3 days. I have been with Incompass Insurance Consultants for a year now. I haven't had anything but good experiences with them. We had a claim about a month into getting insurance through them and my consultant (Jemimah) was just the best through it all. She's been with me from the beginning, giving me quotes from a few companies and assisting with the best insurance company for our needs. She's always so helpful and always willing to help. I never knew that I needed an insurance consultant until I started working with Incompass.
