No communication after dropping my TV. After a week of trying to get answers, I am told that its the screen and repair would cost R11000!Just had my TV repaired elsewhere within a day at the cost of R1500 including parts.

The owner Welcome is brilliant. He has such a friendly open face and willing to assist immediately. His shop assistant Nosipo makes you feel so welcome there. Friendly people and honest, willing to assist on short notice. My new fixer in town, thank you Welcome!

I had to fix my TV and Welcome gave me topnotch service by firstly keeping my TV until I can save enough and then waited and hour for me to be happy that it played after he installed the TV again. I would 100% use him again and recommend them to anyone. The proce is excellent and service better than 4x places I took my TV to! Thanks BNV Appliances , especially Welcome. I am extremely impressed with Welcome’s service. I called him at 2pm and he managed to attend to my fridge on the same day. He also assisted in ensuring that he cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quick, reliable and affordable service.
