The experience at the post office is very bad they shout at you entering the branch what do you want they make you stand out side for hours not updating what is happening. We stand out side for hours waiting and waiting from 10hoo in the morning till now no help....

Because last month i went there to send a gift for someone and guess what even today she haven't recieved it yet and employee's are not enough to handle many people..and the employees needs PPEs and there are no enough equipment such as computers to handle many people.
