After loading my shipment I have been trying to email and request assistance but no one ever comes back to me. I tried calling the number with also no avail. Gave me totally incorrect information on how to change something. Really very disappointed and would never recommend them. You also have no one contact person to deal with.

In spite of diligently paying at every stage, they sent an e mail about our goods being delayed due to our account overdue. 3 attempts and a lot of oversees phone calls to confirm that we had paid and twice sent proof of payment, which was the only reason they even looked into our case. We still don’t have our items and the expense of international calls and frustration continues. I will not make use of them again!

0 stars ! If you are looking for a moving company scroll past this one! There have been so many issues from the hour after our boxes were collected ! They have been lost , damaged , can’t get hold of anyone half the time , all they want is there money and they do not care about your belongings! All they have is excuses for them selves and no help for the customer, finally received our boxes back with all the stuff broken , smashed , torn damaged, missing ! Awful company do not use them !
