Currently I enjoy online Pilates with Bianca from Wellness Physique to keep my body flexible and fit.I went for therapy the first time, a year ago. By then I felt a persistent pinch in my leg due to wrong posture and lifestyle. It is was a problem I experienced for several years and it was getting worse.She was able diagnose the imbalance and treat the problem.After a year I am still free of symptoms and maintain my body through Pilates and stretches.Being normal again also made a huge improvement to my emotional state.
