Probably the slowest service that I have experienced in Polokwane.2 days in a row!We have to sit in reception like sheep waiting for the last customer to leave because apparently they only capable of helping 1 customer at a time.

Terrible, disgusting service from the lady at the front desk. Rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming, loud, abrupt, and every other word that there is to describe a person with no manners at all. It is a pity that I couldn't get the part elsewhere, if I could, I swear I would've paid whatever it cost just not to have to face such a terrible person... price is not always everything. Received fair service from the gentleman in the parts department though.Three years later & the service is still just as terrible as it was, just new premises & a new receptionist just as rudd & disgusting as the previous one...

Still waiting for them to come fix the stove, we've reported the matter in june last year, they never showed up and we reported again in October this year and still giving us excuses , i lost hope.

They will not sell you an appliance part if you do not have a model number regardless of whether you havethe size or dimensions.Even if the model part cost a few rands, and you had travelled 200 km, at a huge cost to get there.Inconsiderable strict! Probably because of one unthougtful employee.The company is too respectable to be that callous.

Worst service ever received from this company, I've ordered spares three months ago and no one bothers to contact me to informed us that it did or did not arrived. Every time we phone the spares division, Ruben promise next week, next week you phone again he promise next week, this morning he explain to me that the drainage hose has arrived, to his surprised an tumble dryer does not have an drainage hose for water, he quickly made excuses and explain that the tumble dryer air vent hose will be available next week.
