Love this shop. Excellent clothing choices and the staff are so nice and helpful.

Good store to find clothes for more mature women, and for larger sizes. One of the few shops that cater for this market sector. Clothes and accessories are good quality.

The store is neat and tidy. I find the clothing either too old fashioned or too gaudy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean and inviting store. Great selection for us slightly hefty" cliental with amazing staff. Especially La'aiqa..... She definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I felt honoured to be served by her and the observations I made as she helped those ahead of me

They have lots of beautiful summer clothes in all colours and designs. There is something for every one

On two occasions couldn't return items because they didn't have cash to refund promised to call but still waiting for that call, also awaiting a call regarding finding a substitute item.

Ordered items online, paid order, two weeks later no response. Logged a query to receive feedback order has been despatched, no explaination. 5 days later still no order, went to mall today to enquire, just to hear there is no update on system. Contacted canal walk, the items are not available hence no shipment has been made. In store walked to the rack, removed items i ordered, available in my size and colour as per my online order. Get to the till and was told to pay the items again, refund will have to be made by head office. Spent almost an hour in the store to be told I will have to drive to canal walk personally to get refund as the system show money is only reserved and was not paid. If the items are not despatched it will show as reserved until order is cancelled. Supplied bank statement and proof of actual payement, sorry I will have to phone back on Monday. Paid twice for the same items now. Lack of client service was the order of the day, manager in Canal Walk simply stated sorry there is nothing she can do she doesnt work with online orders. Nevermind the website stating in stock, delivered is 5 to 7 days. Two weeks later and I had to pay again for items and items were hanging in store at Blue Route mall.

Always visit Miladys for beautiful age appropriate clothes but this time wasnt happy with the styles for the older matured woman. Will keep o visiting though.

Blue Route Tokai store has really lovely and helpful staff and the store, as all other Milady's, offers quality clothing. So I rate it 4 and a half stars. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is that the shoe collection seems more limited compared with Canal Walk and Tygervalley stores.
