This KFC has been without functioning speedpoints for a while now. They insist on customers paying cash. This is unacceptable.Edit on 01/03/2023This time we queued for a long time and we were told to wait for the meat to be prepared. When I got to the paypoint, I was asked to place my order again because it hadn't been captured. When I aksed for the same Streetwise 3 I had ordered, I was told that they've run out of meat. This is the last time I visit this KFC. I have been disappointed too many times to mention.

The staff are very scared to work 1 min more than they should so they rather open the shop late then when ordering everything is not ready yet so again you wait. Very rude staff.

If I could give a zero I would. They say that everything is in the bag, repeats it and then it is incomplete. Please check your order YOURSELF before you drive off. Incompetent!!!

I waited the store last week, there were nobody in the line to order before me. I was ignored and stood there for 5 minutes and decided to leave and went to Kfc Mansfield road where I received better service. I am done with this branch.

Overall worst experience, calling themselves a fast food establishment is a a joke if anything. It took over 30mins to get my order of pops and a milkshake. Waited about 10min with no one to take my order everyone was at the back talking to each other and another lady was mopping the floors while another was counting condiments oblivious to the customers waiting to place orders. Would not recommend at all

19 May 2023 Bought the family treat 8 pc via uber eats. The chicken pieces were small, dry and tasteless. The coleslaw was also tasteless and covered in a white watery something. I will not buy from this store again.Update : KFC Sasol Steve Biko apologized and gave me the most tastiest KFC. Everything was fresh and yummy Thank you Natie. With this service I will definitely buy again from them.

After 3 hours in intensive care on Sunday night I needed to get food for my wife so she may swallow some of the medication. Drive through was closed. Inside only one lady who was chatting when we entered and left. Never even acknowledge our presence for the were closing up. This was around 11 at night. I am not complaining about the service. They offered none so cannot complain about it. But they do state they are open 24 /7. Apparently this is not true either.

The cleaniness in the store where you order is bad. The counter looks like it has not been cleaned for days the floor looks filthy. We are not happy how KFC has lacked on cleaniness
