Craven's Pharmacy

Was in the city for the first time after a while - nearly 2 years and needed to pick up some medicines for my little one and for myself. With so many brands and then the generic items it was very confusing especially when you want the best for your little one.The lady pharmacist helped me decide based on her advice I decided to get the generic item for myself and the branded item for junior as her reasoning was logical. Difficult to get this kind of honest, frank and fearless advice nowdays.If you are ever in the city would highly recommend this Pharmacy.

Excellent service! All the staff are wonderful. Been using this pharmacy for years. I go in and it is usually a 2 minute wait for them to fill out my prescription.They sell boxes of the blue face masks for covid.If you have an account with them, you can pay off the bill later if you cannot afford to pay medications that day. They dont require full immediate payment if you have an account with them. I once had 3 months without being able to make a payment above $5 and they were patient and understandingThey have EFTPOS and take cash. The also do flu shots here.They are also highly understanding and have incredible patience! They are so accommodating to people of all backgrounds, even mental health! They are so kind to people suffering from depression and are happy to slowly explain how the medications works in a way that is helpful to each customer

I no longer work in the city but Cravens is still my local pharmacy! They’ve good opening hours, the service is excellent and the pharmacists give lots of helpful advice. Always have a good laugh with the bunch even if I’m in for a few minutes.

Cravens is the only pharmacy I use. They are reliable, friendly and stock everything I need. I work in the city so it is convenient as well, plus they stay open until 6pm so I can call in on the way home. The staff are so lovely and helpful and they are never too busy to help with advice.

This pharmacy has it all! I am travelling to South East Asia, first overseas trip, with my wife and two young girls who just turned 7. I went in to the pharmacy for some travel advice and they really had the whole solution.I saw the Nurse Practitioner who was able to go through all the travel advice with me, prescribe and administer the required vaccinations and she was so good with the girls who normally cannot sit still when there is a needle in sight.The pharmacist also had plenty of handy travel tips and talked to us about risk of rabies and always looking out that the girls don't get in contact with stray dogs on the roads.Very professional and great service!

Definitely my one stop pharmacy for meds and personal care items. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and know exactly what they are talking about. In my opinion, there is not another pharmacy that comes close to delivering the service that Craven's does!Keep it going guys :)

I have been going to Craven's Pharmacy for a while now and cannot recommend them enough. Every time I have been there, the staff have been extremely helpful, not only with dispensing medication, but with general and other health related concerns as well. You feel like more than just a customer. The pharmacists are dedicated and professional, great at giving advice and medication information, as well as recommending products for non-medical related issues. If you want 5 star service, great pharmacy advice and a friendly face, I recommend you go to Craven's Pharmacy.

The pharmacy I was resistant to change to utilising the most but it is much better than most would realise. I'm happy that I was convinced to go here instead by a person who has actually helped me a great deal, it has made communication much clearer for each person involved from a medication perspective. I can be difficult when I'm not feeling like myself (that is an understatement depending) but I don't particularly want to go anywhere else now.

I was visiting Perth from Melbourne recently and had forgotten to pack my medications. The pharmacist at Craven's Pharmacy in the CBD was very helpful and ensured that I did not go without my medications. She called my doctor in Melbourne and confirmed all the medications I should be on and went ahead and supplied them to me. She also spent nearly half an hour with me going through all my medications and gave some very insightful advice about them.My pharmacy of choice when I am back in Perth!

These guys are absolute legends, they provide customer service to highest level and actually care about their patients’ wellbeing. They go above and beyond to help out wherever they can.Keep up the good work legends..we appreciate it.
