I did a sim swap in Paarl last weekend while we were visiting . After a week of no activation I approached mtn in ipic centre and tried to explain to the girl at the door but to no avail all she said to me in a rather abrupt manner is that we cannot help you we don't interfere with other branches. I have been with mtn since their inception but I am now looking for another nrtwork

Looks like the staff are not up to date with all thr deals. If you consider the mtn router service please make sure about details in the contract such as speed, fair use limits and dont ask the staff technical questions.... They are not technical although they sell the service...

The service are not good. I went there for a sim swop on a Thu. When I went back the following Tue after my number was still not changed, the consultant Shane (spelling) had a bad attitude. I will never go back to this shop or recommend any one to go there
