If the caregivers spent half as much time engaging the patient as they do on their phones it might be a proper service.

Caressa Home Nursing & Care
We went through 3 care givers in 2 weeks. We are so disappointed, they spent a significant amount of time on their phones, and made verry little to effort to engage with the patient. They did not do any excercises as discussed, and only rubbed the patients hand and feet when requested. When speaking to the patients we asked if they enjoyed their work, and they answered by saying it is only a job.
