One star for the massage therapist but overall experience was extremely disappointing. Owner (Prathna) extremely rude and unprofessional. It seems like the positive reviews are only given by long time clients. She made my family and I feel as though she is doing us a favour by taking our booking because we had vouchers for a massage which we PAID for. Will never go to this salon again.

I purchased a voucher on Hyperli. The treatment was absolutely awful. The therapist had no clue what she was doing, she was running late with every treatment. During the manicure my nails were filed so much that you could see my flesh. She went to town with buffing my nails down. 1 week later and my nails are now tearing off because they’re so thin and weak. The back massage was pathetic. She had no clue what she was doing here either. There was a facial included but this was done by another therapist because the one that worked on me wasn’t clued up on facials (thank Goodness)!! I would have had to deal with burnt skin on my face. Never going back there again. Be careful people.

Prathna is very friendly, She goes out of her way to accommodate her clients,I think her prices are very good, still looking foward to do many more sessions with them

Affordable... yes... but you certainly get what you pay for. Overall experience was terrible.No robes, dirty linen, filthy carpet, fan blowing in your face throughout your treatment, very noisy with the owner and her mates screaming in the reception area, absolutely nothing tranquil about the entire experience. Left there in more pain than when I arrived. Maybe it was just a bad day but I would never recommend this place to anyone.#disappointed#wasteoftimeandmoney

A Spa is supposed to be tranquil. A place of peace and quiet filled with relaxation and calmness. Not drilling, and construction workers walking up and down screaming in the yard... Close shop if you have renovations been done!!! It defeats the purpose of a spa day. Not to mention the lack of concern for treatments been done in the room you so kindly stand in front of and have a hearty conversation(LOUD CONVERSATION)now I know everything that's been happening the past week with you. I am all for supporting local business but your lack of professionalism is outstanding really. Telling the client to call back a different time because your battery is dying??? Or heres another one,saying you dont have your appointment book close to you so call back tomorrow. Confused whether you want business or you not really interested. Maybe you need extra hands around there because the management is really bad. The poor masseuse scared to even ask you a question. Sometimes you need to learn that clients are of utmost importance. They do bring in revenue to the business and pay the Bill's.I'm really disappointed honestly. You even lost my booking... I waited an hour n a half to get seen too... It hurts coz iv never made a negative review ever.No recommendation will be made by me. I'm so sorry.But hey maybe it was a bad day but clearly attention to detail means nothing to the owner and the growth of this business. And I have been to other spas where you wont even hear the staff walking down the passage with shoes!!!!! You wont even hear the door close or open. Anyways it's your business, who am I. Just a customer.You wont be getting my business again...

Not a very professional place, seems to be more of a training school than a proper spa. The staff seemed unhappy and very frustrated with the jjobs they doing and the manager or owner does not care if you are a happy and satisfied customer or not. Def wont recomend this place and shocked that Hyperli and Daddys Deals feature such Mickey Mouse companies on their sites.

Good and friendly service and the massage was really great

An average massage overall. The staff were professional and polite but unfortunately it's way too noisy because there is drywalling between the rooms. If you're seeking a massage for relaxation purposes then you're better off looking elsewhere. I'll unfortunately not be going back.

The owner is extremely rude and arrogant! She has no idea how to speak to and treat customers. People skills are required for this industry, of which she has none. I would never recommend this spa. I'd rather pay extra than to ever deal with a rude and unpleasant person again.
