The faculties are good. They have a penalty fee for late check in that they only advise you of on the day of checking in. If this was disclosed up front, I would not have booked. Or if they advised early enough I would have cancelled. So the hospitality and customer care aspects are was poor and detracts from what the facilties offer. Other establishments in the area offer a much better experience. I definately will not go back there as the choices available with similar or better quality facilities are plentiful.
