Horrible service. I tried booking a viewing but the agent doesn’t answer on the day agreed upon. I really should’ve read the reviews before going forward with business with them. A waste of time.

You will be charged for proof or residence. R30.00.They will not fix what was broken prior and promised to repair.They will charge phone calls and other bills.Old money is a problem.

Huurkor property company has bad customer service, I cannot recommend it to anyone. I haven't received my deposit refund hense keys, necessary documents and inspection done on time by January 2023. Now they don't even respond to my emails

Absolutely disgusting service!We were treated so badly.They do not answer phone calls/emails. They are only willing to respond and harass you when they want you to pay.We arrived to collect the keys for the apartment, we were told to just sit and wait. We waited for over an hour and after constantly asking for someone to help us, we finally got a response that we need to collect the key at a different premises.Incompetent people.Extremely frustrating when it’s meant to be a smooth process.

Worst service ever. Karel and Denice were eager to get my deposit and first months rent but no help after moving in. After a snag list was completed of all the issues from the flat after living there a week. Still to this day, 5 months nothing has been fixed.My flat also burnt down and was left stranded with no stay. And they couldn’t care less . Personal belongings that will never be recovered.They also bill you for every reply email and phone call! I am sure it’s against the law !Do not use this property agent ! They are useless !They have also informed me that there will be no deposit refund!Wonder what they do with all these deposits they keep? And if the owners of these properties are even aware ?I will name the members - JC who lies and keeps deposits , Karel who is responsible for fixing snag lists and never does. Lived in a flat that had a stove that didn’t work and leaking pipes that contributed to my water and electricity bill.Denice for pretending she knows nothing of any of it when she is emailed and copied into every single email!!!I am taking the matter to the public prosecutor and YOU WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR THE NUMEROUS REVIEWS BELOW!

Pis poor service, JC does not reply to his emails on getting a deposit back. It is as if he ignores your emails does not matter how much you send. Yes I am naming him by name as they will know the struggle to get MY money back. Never rent from this incompetent company again. They will rob you in dayligh.

No Matter what...do not find yourself staying at Apartment on Gerhads 216, it's being managed by Huurkor, the apartment is on Ground Floor on the last small block, the apartment is always leaking water from ceilings and walls have mold in winter, it's just a mess, and they can't fix the problems. All they do they will just take your deposit...that's what they do best. Stay Away!

Such poor service, extremely unprofessional. They take forever to get back to you on the simplest of things(and thats if they get back to you at all).Tried to give them a second chance, but was met with disappointment once again. From administration staff to estate agents, I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism.

Worst agency company ever. Zero care for customers. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been nagging these people for my deposit for weeks now. I’ve spent so mych airtime trying to call with no answer, emails are not answered. At this point i don’t even know why they have a number and email addresses if they’re not gonna respond. I’ve been dealing with an employee named JC and everytime i manage to get a hold of him, he says the deposit will be refunded in 48 hours, but to this day, we still haven’t received anything. They need to do better and stop gatekeeping our money!!!

The service quality of Huurkor's administration is horribly lacking. Some of the employees overseeing certain portfolios or functions have a tendency of being completely unresponsive to clients enquiries - you will either wait days on end to get a response or you would have to go directly to their offices just to get assistance over something that is simple and could have been answered over email. Even if you do go to their offices, they still might not offer you a solution to your queries and they may promise to call you once you have left their premises but trust that they will not do that at all. You also would have to hound them first before they finally decide on giving you back your deposit. I would not recommend using their services at all.
