In a difficult market for sellers, I gave my property for sale to Lionlead. It was already advertised by 4 other agencies, however Lionlead gave me the best service, with constant feedback, they were marketing my property like no other agency did. They found a buyer and I sold it through them. They kept me informed at each level of the process. I strongly recommend their professionalism and communication skill to any buyer or seller.

Poor customer experience. Enquired about an apartment listing that was posted minutes before I called, was told that apartment is not available but a more expensive version of the same apartment is available. Before that I made a viewing appointment for a different apartment and got told the morning of that they received an application, cancelled my viewing and offered me a smaller more expensive apartment instead. Would not deal with them again.

Arrogant, inefficient,unprofessional and unethical.They charge their commission in advance for the duration of the lease, the problem is if there is a issue with the tenant (because their haven’t vetted them) they don't want to know as they have banked their money, avoid these people like the plague.

The worst real estate company I’ve had to deal with. The agent assigned to me was no show and none responsive. You have to beg for him to help you. Now it’s been such a long time waiting for my deposit and suddenly I’m being ignored by their office when I call. What a struggle! All that I have had to put up with. Should taken the sign because even getting the apartment was a nightmare!

Acting outside of their authority by obtaining personal information and making unsolicited offers to property owners. I believe this is a serious breach of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

Not happy with the way they work. I rented a place for a couple of months and after I left the country I received a letter that my deposit won't be refunded. Due to bad maintenance which they had to do. Besides that we rented a place and received messages everyday if they can come and visit the place to show to other people.

Terrible customer services. Had an appointment with a rental agent. After 15mins of waiting around I contacted the agent to find out if they were on their way. Only to hear that they are not coming any more. This after traveling across the peninsula to meet this person. Very bad service from this company.

This company is listing my property as available for rent without my permission!!! I am the owner of the property and I have no idea why the property is included on their website without my permission.

I received very bad customer service from an agent whom I will not name here. This agent was very aware that I was holding off on signing another lease as I preferred the listing he had. We had arranged an appointment for a viewing on Wednesday, I'd taken off from work 1 hour away from this site to go view it, while almost at the venue I receive a message saying they won't be able to make it. I asked if they can send someone else in place as it was urgent to view due to the other lease waiting for an answer. This agent advised they'll get someone else to open for me to view. I sat for an hour outside the site, and only after 1 hour did this agent message me saying they're not able to get someone else there can we reschedule. Annoyed, I rescheduled for the Friday. Come the Friday, just before the scheduled viewing time, this same agent messages to say they won't be able to make the viewing for reasons unknown. Earlier in the week I had completed all documentation, emailed everything through, I advised I had the deposit ready it just depends on the actual viewing, I almost lost my other lease offer due to terrible communication and customer service from the agent's behalf! Their admin team seems great, but after this experience I wouldn't recommend Lionlead Real Estate to anyone I know.
