Poor service, waited for management to come do something at the till for 15 minutes after the Cashier/Consultant had to walk around the shop to find them. The manager did not even greet us as clients. I had togo get the barcode for a product that was on special myself after being told it’s not on special (it was on special and I nearly lost money). Also the staff do not wear name tags so I can’t even tell you who the consultant was or the manager. Terrible experience.

Big store, stock levels on certain products are low. Electronics department is very big. They have reduced prices on certain item now and then. Entrance 3 and 4. Game sits right in the middle

Bought a dish washer that was broken. It was tested as when I assembled it, water came oit of the pipes, but almost every single item inside is broken. This is not good service, a good product or assembly. I will be claiming my 2 year warranty and my money back. Will take my money elsewhere.

I like doing business there.Big, variety and friendly that springs to mind. Prices good to bargains now and then.

Always a pleasure shopping at this store.. Purchased 2 tvs, a fridge, home thearte system which was price beaten by R500 and small gadgets from appliances department,great after sales service .Thanks Logan ,the go to person for great service

They do not answer their phone or show any interest in resolving any issues; I am very disappointed and will pursue this further. I bought a washing machine in December and have been having difficulty using it. Despite having the defy repair guy fix it, he made it worse, and there is now water in my kitchen. When the spinner is turned on, it still trips the power.

i bought a paper shredder . cheap for a fact. the Fellowes P 255 for R1000 . i shredded 6 pages and it stopped working! the service in game was terrible and of low standard. . i asked 2 people inside the store after walking with both hands full of groceries for a basket. i was directed to “other side” i asked for the department where i can get the paper shredder, again no help. when i paid i was given no slip at the till. i assumed that this machine would work at least with minimum effort. i only have proof on my phone that i paid.

Visited the store today and was assisted by Omthembele Vanda. He was cheerful, professional and went over and above excellent service. I had a huge list and he helped me pack my trolley, got the items from the top shelf and went to check in the store room and ensured that I got all remaining items. Thank you for excellence service

This chain may have its problems but this store stood head and shoulders in terms of the service they provided.Staff members were very happy to help, and made the extra effort to find difficult items in the store as well as find out the prices which were not displayed.The effort was deeply appreciated.Big shoutout to Logan in electronics for showing empathy and patience in explaning the different kinds of smart TVs and too his time to guide a customer through various options.This is how retail should be done.Only complaint was the the checkout queue was a bit on the long side.

Game Somerset Mall can you please do better. I was there on a few occasions and only on one occasion actually recieved the Service I expected from such a big brand. Whenever I ask for assistance on the floor or even just need to be pointed to the direction of the items I need at best I recieve a very uninterested, not even looking at me type of response. On one occasion me and my husband was left standing at a till for over 20mins without any communication from the cashier only to figure out she went to look for a price when she scanned the barcode in her hand. If good customer service is an obstacle kindly go into more detail with your signage for those that does not work there and requires assistance so that they are able to assist themselves.
