Boardwalk Hotel, Casino and Convention Centre

All our favourite machines are gone. Just these new ones that we do not like. It is definitely not the same as before.We come here much less due to this.

Best view of the sea. We got the suite room with the pool seaside and sunsets are turly amazing. Lots of bussiness rooms and office areas available for daily work if you're on work vacation" staff are nice and the food is the best here."

Stayed 26/03 to 28/03. The hotel excellent. Staff 1st class. Rooms excellently appointed. Cleverly linked to the Mall for convenience of shopping.I had, however, a very unpleasant insulting experience with regards to the Casino Cashier point when wanting to cash out credits. Spoiling an otherwise enjoyable visit. This was highlighted in detail in the post visit survey email.It is now a week later and we've had no feedback response nor communication from the hotel, casino nor managers.After a very very long association with Sun International where attention to the guest was always paramount, I find it difficult to believe that this could possibly be standard reaction.

Stayed for a night and was greeted promptly at the front desk. We were assisted with our bags and given a briefing about the hotel. There is a mall and Casino right outside of the hotel lobby. You are treated with views of the ocean and boardwalk. It is a short distance from the airport making it an ideal place for travelers! The room was spacious with a lovely bath. My only recommendation is that they clean the windows, I do understand the salt water from the ocean may make it difficult. Nonetheless, it was a lovely stay.

Average 5 star hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable but styling is very dated. Think Sol Kerzner vibes in the 80s. Other than that, a very pleasant stay. Good room service, too.

The atmosphere was terrific. I really liked the newly renovated shopping mall. The complex is forever vibrant. I thoroughly enjoyed the most recent events, Sun International Sunshine Seniors Golf Tour at Homewood, Zonke Show on her SA Tour and The Gin Festival. Thank you, Boardwalk for hosting these world class events.

It is a beautiful conference facility, attended the WUKF KARATE NATIONALS this weekend and was delighted to learn how close it was to everything.Amazing location and facilities.Will be back next time for sure and maybe even stay in the accommodation that they offer.

Had a great time. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Spent most of our time swimming in the indoor pool with the kids, super fun day and night.

The place was quite interesting to my surprise. We were at the mall. But what impressed me quite a bit is that the weirdest type of elements that hang around at the casino. Well I thought because it's kind of a more upper class area, I thought there would be more better people than bad elements visiting this area. But it isn't what it is, it's the opposite, it's the stigma about gambling. Gambling draws good and bad elements.According to me gambling is a waste of money. TAKE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT GET RICH WITH GAMBLING BUT WITH HARD WORK AND A LOT OF EFFORT.Then you will be rewarded.GOOD LUCK...!
