Lana was a pleasure to work with from the start. With very short notice Lana arranged keys for multiple properties so we could view them all on the same day. Any questions were quickly and professionally answered. We ended up buying one of her properties and can't fault the end to end service and attention to detail right up until the point we moved in. Even though our first visit to the property after transfer was after hours Lana still met us at the property to hand over the keys and welcome us. I would highly recommend Lana.
