I ordered a mug press and had to send it back to be fixed immediately when I got it cause they didn't check it before I picked it up. I was really disappointed that they even insisted that I come collect it for the second time and they didn't take the option to deliver it free of charge.

I have been struggling to find a certain item as a gift for Christmas.Saw the website they had exactly what I wanted and I ordered. Called through and confirmed stock with Bianca(whom I should say is excellent at her job).I had issues with making the payment and started worrying that I might not get my wife's gift before Christmas but Bianca assured me I would.Amazing service great prices and a huge variety.

Hi , I usually get the best service from Doodle , but I'm not happy with the service I am getting now , I ordered silicone vinyl and the vinyl is not sticking , we sent videos and we are requested to keep on sending videos , the vinyl is expensive and I want to return it and please get a refund.
