Think twice before you buy a Fossil watch. If you need to replace a watch face it can take upto 2-3 months (which is ridiculous). It gets sent to Cape Town for repairs. Also had a situation where my strap was broken by the Rosebank Fossil store salesperson and the job card to replace the strap for free was allocated to the Cresta store. The Cresta store refuses to replace the strap for free and are asking to pay for it. How ridiculous??

They don’t stock batteries or straps in the store. Very unhelpful staff. Don’t recommend. Go to any of the three watch shops within a 10 meter radius of them.

Think twice before you buy Fossil.If you need to replace a strap, it will take a month to get delivered....then no feedback as to whether your strap has arrived....Head office also promise to follow up and let you know - but still nothing!Cresta shop does not answer their phone.

It took a little longer than I hoped to get my watch sorted but as the watch is 20 years old I am still thrilled to get it back looking like new. 20 years reflects the great quality.
