A week before the National Lockdown I visited the store to get phone accessories. Despite loadshedding, Tshepo who was very approachable managed to assist me. I promised him to review the store and mention his name. Thank you Hi Riverside Mall for the greatest service.

The store has a poor service prince hlongo do as its his shop no name tag on them he even refunse to give me manager number or area manager phone number the service was a trauma to me on 2022-07-05 on the phone call even when i vistor on the shop at about 13h20
