It was great and I personally did the shopping I like the security it's very tight guys you got to come to this place

My experience was okay, I was only doing some enquiries

I was not impressed with the fact that I had been waiting a long time to be helped, yet there seem to have been multiple staff coming in and out of the back office. There was one woman on the floor, supposedly busy with other customers. And what impressed me even less was the fact that one of the idiots came from the back room and helped someone who had just come into the store. Only to be joined by another idiot from the back room. So much so, that the guy behind the counter stared at me open mouthed.....obviously also finding this incredulous. He promised to help me as soon as he was done, which he did. Thank you to him.

Omg the worst service I have ever received.....today, I went in with my mom to help her with a sim swop....the lady behind the desk told me that my mom must get a new device ( clearly she has no idea what she is talking about and clearly needs training ). Anyway I got irritated as she was saying the sim card wont work in the phone because it's not 4g the more I'm explaining to her that it's the second sim that's faulty and the phone is running on sim 1 which is also cell C.i then asked her should I rather then port the number to telkom because clearly she isnt helping. Her response yes you may go port your number to telkom that wont also work because everything is going to 4g" I was extremely taken aback by this because she didnt mind losing a customer......train your staff with technical knowledge. I went over to telkom and guess what the lady was so helpful and patient and she assisted me and resolved the issue. You might aswell close that store in vangate mall because the staff are completely incompetent."

Has most shops and is easily accessible

It's a great store , very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about there products

Great place for quick in and out stuff.

Went to get a sim card. What a bad experience.Absolutely NO customer service........In fact, if you don't make a noise, you're ignored.......

Why you come to me now after all that I had to go through when I paid you your money which I was told to pay by you and brought back the proof of payment which I was told to do by you then after a few days my problem started with you claiming I still owe you money which I disputed which led to you suspending your service. Which led me to take my business to where I get a pleasant service thanks to you

As with many cell shops one has to have patience and wait your turn.i noticed the staff focuses on the clients that they serve. I was too impatient and left the store. Not their fault.
