Really need to do something about the shelf space. It really doesn't look good to us. The cashier's are wonderful though. Abit of work needs to be done with filling those gaps but in terms of staff i would give y'all 100℅

There's not a single odd time i went there and never find a long queue but astonished by how quickly the queue moves. The level of commitment possessed by their friendly staff members deserves a credit. Customer service satisfaction is their main priority. I am super satisfied. Keep the good work up

Very fast service no matter how long the queue is. The shop is very clean with enough space for movement. Items are well packed and easy to find. It is very convenient and close to several ATM's

The shop was not up to the usual standard one grown to expect from any other pick n pay, in that the shop was not spotless clean, stock not properly packed, pay queues unprecedented slow and some shelves were half filled.Staff service was good nonetheless and everyone seems to be busy trying to make good. Maybe it was just our bad timing

Been to one Pick n Pay in the township been to them all. The main difference between this one and the others is that this one isn't as cramped as the others usually are. It has a tour of warehouse feel to it... High ceilings" and such. Exposed steel trusses etc. Great for groceries or small pick ups. Staff is averagely friendly. Mostly well stocked. A decent experience all round."
